Vehicle Collision Avoidance Systems for industrial vehicles - designed and developed by Spillard Safety Systems, VCAS is a range of vehicle safety enhancement products that warn operators of immediate dangers within a predetermined range.

VCAS provides the assurance of safety when a vehicle operation commences, the system cannot be turned off or ignored by operators unfamiliar with its features.

Utilising industrialised sensing technology, VCAS produces audible and visual warnings if objects are detected within pre-configured primary and/or secondary sensing zones.

Intially developed for exclusive use on hydrastatic rollers, VCAS has now evolved into a comprehsive range of bespoke forward, rear and off-side object detection systems for use in hostile off-road environments.
